The above mentioned really stood out to us for their genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. One taller gentleman who served us in room dining and whose birthday is July 1 was exceptional (sadly, I forgot his name). Unfortunately, I am missing some names but honestly, ALL the front desk staff and most of the staff were wonderful. The staff that stood out the most, consistently demonstrating excellence in customer care were: Hakeem Scott, Simon, Jason, Mary-Ann, Renée, Nicole, Najae, Cherece, Judy and Esther. They are warm, genuine, caring, engaging and sincerely interested in making your stay the best possible. The servers were also attentive and terrific. The Chef, Tim, came to our table to introduce himself which we absolutely loved. They were happy to 'make things right' and showed empathy, understanding and genuine customer care. Despite the Taboras food inconsistencies, the staff and manager dealt with our concerns with excellent care and respect. However, the Taboras restaurant is very inconsistent. The location, hotel and staff are fantastic.
